Orchid Hotel Jinja is seeking a qualified, professional, smart, and customer-focused Female Receptionist to manage its Reception Department and deliver exceptional front-office guest services in Jinja, Uganda. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary brand ambassador for the hotel, offering a warm welcome and efficient service to all visiting guests and clients.

In this role, you will oversee daily front desk operations, manage guest reservations, answer incoming telephone inquiries, and coordinate check-in and check-out processes seamlessly. Success in this position requires outstanding communication skills, immaculate grooming, strong guest relations management, and a high level of personal integrity and punctuality in a dynamic hotel environment.
