Job Description

Jubilee Insurance, a leading multinational financial services group in East Africa, is seeking an Internal Audit Officer to join their team in Uganda. The successful candidate will have a passion for evaluating internal controls, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving operational efficiency within the organization.

Our organisation is seeking a suitably qualified Internal Audit Officer at Jubilee Life & Pension – Health (Jubilee Insurance).

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate internal controls and identify areas for improvement
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CIA) preferred
2-3+ years of experience in an audit firm or corporate internal audit department
Strong knowledge of risk management and regulatory frameworks
Experience in the financial services, insurance, or auditing sectors is an advantage
