Ndere Cultural Centre is seeking dedicated and driven Marketers to join our team in Kampala. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting the centre's rich cultural performances, hospitality services, event venues, and community programs to diverse local and international audiences. You will actively engage potential clients, build strategic partnerships with tour operators and corporate organizations, and drive overall awareness for our unique cultural experiences.

The ideal candidate possesses at least 2 years of proven experience in customer service or marketing, along with outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree. This is a full-time position working 8 hours per day on-site at our facility in Ntinda-Kisaasi, Kampala. Key Responsibilities

Promote products, services, and cultural events offered by Ndere Cultural Centre to prospective clients and partners.
Develop and execute effective marketing initiatives to increase visitor engagement and venue bookings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, tour operators, and community stakeholders.
Communicate service offerings clearly and provide high-quality customer service to all client inquiries.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in customer service or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must possess a Bachelor's degree.
