Job Description

A nursing school is seeking a proactive and driven Marketer focused specifically on student recruitment. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify, engage, and recruit prospective students interested in enrolling in nursing education programs.

This is a performance-based position offering compensation of 200,000 UGX per successfully recruited and enrolled student. The marketer will work independently to reach out to target audiences, explain course offerings, and support applicants through the enrollment process.

Working within a supportive team, the post-holder will be expected to plan and prioritise their own workload, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and maintain high standards in every task. Previous experience in a comparable position is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and target prospective students interested in pursuing nursing and healthcare qualifications.
Promote the nursing school's academic programs through field outreach, social media, and community networking.
Provide candidates with accurate information regarding admissions requirements, course schedules, and tuition fees.
Guide prospective applicants through the application and registration process to ensure successful enrollment.
Track and report student recruitment leads and conversions.

Qualifications

Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in direct sales, field marketing, or educational recruitment is an added advantage.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently to achieve recruitment targets.
Friendly and approachable demeanor suited for engaging prospective students and parents.
