Ndere Cultural Centre is seeking talented and dynamic Mixologists to join its vibrant hospitality team in Kampala. As a Mixologist, you will play a central role in delivering an exceptional food and beverage experience to both local visitors and international guests. Your primary responsibility will be crafting classic and innovative signature cocktails, serving a diverse menu of beverages, and maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene behind the bar.

We are looking for customer-focused professionals with proven experience in bar management, mixology, and guest relations. Working full-time at our cultural centre, you will engage with patrons, provide menu recommendations, manage bar inventory, and collaborate closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth daily operations and memorable experiences for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

Craft and serve a wide range of creative cocktails, mocktails, and traditional beverages for guests at Ndere Cultural Centre.
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization behind the bar area.
Engage warmly with visitors and patrons, providing excellent customer service and drink recommendations.
Manage bar inventory, monitor stock levels, and place orders for ingredients and supplies in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations at all times.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma in Hospitality, Food and Beverage Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in bartending, mixology, or customer service in a high-volume venue.
Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and beverage presentation.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-focused attitude.
Ability to work full-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
