Job Description

Apply paint, stain, and other finishes to property walls, ceilings, and furniture using brushes, spray guns, or rollers. Prepare surfaces by applying primers or sealers, and remove old finishes through stripping, sanding, or other methods. Protect surfaces during painting and ensure proper cleanup and storage of tools. Coordinate with vendors to modify paint colors as needed.

Follow company safety and security policies, report maintenance issues, and complete safety training. Maintain a professional appearance and uphold confidentiality. Provide excellent guest service, anticipate needs, and assist individuals with disabilities. Support team goals and ensure quality standards are met. Perform physical tasks such as reaching, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
