KCB Bank (Simba Pride) is seeking a CRB Officer to join their team. This role is centered on credit reporting and regulatory compliance, ensuring the bank's adherence to CRB regulations and maintaining data integrity in credit reporting.

We are currently recruiting a CRB Officer at KCB Bank (Simba Pride) to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the bank's credit reporting to Credit Reference Bureaus (CRBs) and ensure data accuracy.
Ensure compliance with CRB regulations and prepare periodic reports for the regulator.
Investigate and resolve disputes raised by clients or the Bureaus in a timely manner.
Work with Relationship Managers and branch staff to ensure loan applications and customer data are correctly captured.
