Job Description

The primary role is to lead the acquisition, growth, and retention of self-employed individuals (with annual business turnover above UGX 100 million). The goal is to build a profitable, high-quality portfolio of mortgages, consumer loans, and deposits. This involves developing customer propositions for business owners with variable income, delivering growth targets, and ensuring compliance with bank policies.

We are currently recruiting a Manager Self-Employed at Housing Finance Bank (HFB) to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will take ownership of day-to-day responsibilities, work closely with colleagues across departments, and contribute to the continued success of the organisation. This role suits someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
