Bayimba Foundation is hiring a Project Manager for the CREATE Program (Enhancing skills and enabling financial inclusion for young women in the creative economy). Based at the Bayimba Centre on Lunkulu Island with district travel across Uganda, the Project Manager reports directly to the Director of Bayimba Cultural Foundation. The role carries full management oversight for planning and implementing program activities, coordinating multi-partner consortia, managing donor resources, and ensuring compliance across all operations.

We are currently recruiting a PROJECT MANAGER at BAYIMBA FOUNDATION based in Bayimba Centre, Lunkulu Island, Mukono to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will take ownership of day-to-day responsibilities, work closely with colleagues across departments, and contribute to the continued success of the organisation. This role suits someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead planning and delivery across the program's three pillars.
Oversee sub-contractors and coordinate with ITC and the Fund Manager.
Steer budgets, procurement and audit readiness.
Deliver quarterly reporting and champion safeguarding.

Qualifications

5 to 7 years managing donor-funded programs, including multi-partner consortia and budgets above USD 1 million.
